You will be responsible for coordinating inbound/outbound movement of vehicles for the Kunes Automotive Group. Position Responsibilities:

• -Utilize transportation software for scheduling our internal drivers
• -Coordinate vehicle movement in an efficient manner
• -Work behind the scenes to ensure our drivers are not delayed
• -Dispatch our internal team of drivers with patience & effectiveness
• -Provide support for our drivers, sales team, buyers & other coworkers

Requirements:

• -Strong computer skills with strength in Excel
• -Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• -Ability to muti-task and prioritize
• -Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining an individual workload
• -Extremely organized with strong attention to detail & excellent follow-up
• -Can quickly learn new skills
• -Ability to work in an environment with ongoing interruptions
• -Perform job duties with a sense of urgency but with as much accuracy as possibly
• -Self-motivated personality
• -Think on the fly & out of the box to problem solve

Working Conditions & Hours:

• -Work will be performed in an office located in Delavan WI
• -You will from time to time visit our other stores for meetings with drivers, etc.
• -M-F 8A-4P with some Saturday’s from home as needed with overtime
