Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Service Department. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive experience by managing repair orders, explaining vehicle maintenance, and coordinating with technicians. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service, and helping people care for their vehicles, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers professionally and gather information about their vehicle concerns.

  • Write accurate and detailed repair orders using dealership systems.

  • Communicate technician findings and recommended services clearly and honestly.

  • Obtain customer authorization and provide accurate cost and time estimates.

  • Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process.

  • Promote routine maintenance and recommended services based on inspection results.

  • Coordinate with parts and technician teams to ensure timely service completion.

  • Review completed work with the customer and ensure satisfaction at time of delivery.

  • Follow up after service to maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Support dealership goals by meeting service sales and customer satisfaction targets.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar customer-facing automotive role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.

  • Familiarity with dealership management systems ( CDK, & Xtime) is a plus.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
