Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Fixed Operations? Krause Family Ford of Woodstock, part of the growing Krause Auto Group, is looking for a Fixed Operations Director to oversee our state-of-the-art Service, Parts, Commercial Service, Quick Lane, and Collision Center departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all fixed operations, including service, parts, Quick Lane, commercial service, and collision center.
• Maximize profitability and efficiency by implementing best practices in service and parts operations.
• Drive success in our new 11-bay heavy truck and commercial service center, ensuring we become a leader in fleet and commercial vehicle service.
• Recruit, train, and develop department managers and staff to create a high-performance team.
• Enhance the customer experience, ensuring exceptional CSI scores and long-term customer loyalty.
• Manage department budgets, expense controls, and revenue targets to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with dealership management and Ford Motor Company to stay ahead of industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

 Proven success in Fixed Operations leadership (Ford experience preferred).
 A track record of growing service and parts departments in a competitive market.
 Expertise in commercial, heavy truck and collision repair operations is a huge plus.
 Strong leadership and team-building skills.
 Ability to manage high-volume service and parts operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
