Part Time Automotive Warranty Clerk

Description of the role:

Part time position for Warranty Clerk, comes with benefits. Pay range is $21 - $25 depending on experience. Experience is preferred but will train the right person. 

The Automotive Warranty Clerk at Kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Appleton, Wisconsin will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing documentation, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Review warranty claims and documentation for accuracy
• Process warranty claims within specified timelines
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and repairs
• Communicate with manufacturers and service departments regarding warranty issues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive warranty processing
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer software
