Automotive Sales Associate

Job Summary

The Automotive Sales Associate is a full time position working at Klick Lewis in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for sales success through building relationships with customers and ensuring that they have the best car buying experience. This sales professional is expected to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry and of the Klick Lewis vehicles and services available.

Compensation & Benefits

Klick Lewis offers a competitive base plus commission compensation structure. The base salary will begin at $40000 and can increase up to $100000 per year depending on experience and performance. The compensation is paid twice a month. Additional benefits may include health insurance, vacation time, paid sick days, and 401k plan.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Leverage sales strategies to ensure maximum sales performance
• Follow the Klick Lewis sales process to ensure a positive customer experience
• Promote special offers, events and discounts
• Explore current industry trends, pricing and product mix
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Klick Lewis automotive products and services

Requirements

• High School or GED degree
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to use current CRM systems
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and products
• Proven sales experience including record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals
