At Kingston Bay Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician to join our on-call team. You'll help residents receive safe, attentive medication support while enjoying a flexible schedule with shifts based on community needs and your availability. What You’ll Do

• Assist with Medications: Safely assist residents with medications in accordance with California regulations, physician orders, and community policies.

• Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication assistance clearly and accurately.

• Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes or concerns and report them promptly.

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Create a Positive Environment: Bring compassion, patience, and positive energy to each shift.

What You’ll Bring

• Medication Training: Meet applicable California training requirements for staff who assist residents with medications.

• Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.

• Attention to Detail: Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.

• Basic Computer Skills: Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.

• Heart for Seniors: Have a genuine interest in helping seniors live their best lives.

• Flexibility: Be willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on scheduling needs and availability.

• Minimum Shift Commitment: Ability to work at least two shifts per month.
