WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Learn how to hunt leads, build trust, and close deals — every day you’re on the floor
• Turn first-time buyers into repeat customers who ask for you by name
• Own the sale from first handshake to final signature (with guidance and support)
• Deliver a customer experience that keeps loyalty high and referrals coming
• Follow up like a professional — because relationships build empires
• Support customers of all credit types

Backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or any people-focused role are a plus.
Coachability and professionalism matter.
Strong communication, follow-up, and a willingness to improve.
Licensing requirements apply.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
