We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Preschool Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage and care for the needs of children.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom to promote an effective learning environment.
  • Stay informed about early childhood education best practices and implement them in daily activities.
  • Maintain health & safety protocols at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in infant/toddler care is highly desirable.
  • Must meet all state requirements and pass a background check.
  • Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles to support age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A nurturing attitude combined with patience and enthusiasm for teaching preschool-aged children.
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
  • Highly professional and dependable.
  • Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds (on a consistent basis) and bend and sit for periods of time.
