Are you a people person with a passion for SALES and closing the deal?

Kiddie Academy CTX is looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Enrollment Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone who knows how to turn inquiries into enrollments, build relationships with prospective families, and confidently guide parents through the enrollment process from the first phone call to the final signature.

This is more than a customer service position — we need someone who can SELL! The ideal candidate is confident in following up with leads, overcoming objections, communicating the value of our academy, and closing the deal while making families feel welcomed and supported.

What You'll Do

• Drive Enrollment & Close Sales: Convert prospective family inquiries and tours into confirmed enrollments by confidently guiding families through the decision-making process.

• Follow Up & Build Relationships: Maintain consistent communication with prospective families through phone calls, emails, texts, and scheduled follow-ups.

• Manage Multiple Databases: Navigate multiple computer systems and databases simultaneously while maintaining accurate records and tracking every lead.

• Stay Organized: Manage enrollment paperwork, tour schedules, follow-up reminders, and prospective family information without letting opportunities fall through the cracks.

• Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate our programs, curriculum, policies, tuition, and the value we offer families.

• Work as a Team: Collaborate with academy leadership and classroom teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospective family to enrolled family.

• Meet Enrollment Goals: Take ownership of your pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and consistently work toward enrollment and conversion targets.

What We're Looking For

• A natural salesperson who enjoys closing deals and is motivated by achieving goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

• Confidence in making phone calls, following up with leads, and asking for the enrollment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask across multiple databases, software programs, and communication platforms.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and follows through.

• Pay Range: $14.00 - $17.00 (based on experience)
