Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and organized BDC Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service department – helping customers book appointments, answering questions, and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and make follow-up calls.
- Respond to internet service lead requests.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle service.
- Follow-up after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Work closely with service advisors to pass along important customer details.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic understanding of vehicle service is helpful.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiar with computers and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
