Thanks to our partnership with Honda of Lincoln, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell both Kia and Honda vehicles while sharing access to a larger used inventory  giving you more ways to help customers and increase your earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers online and in-store to find the perfect vehicle

• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, emails, and personalized videos

• Showcase Kia’s exciting gas, hybrid, and EV lineup along with shared used inventory

• Guide customers through the entire buying process with transparency and professionalism

• Answer questions, provide product knowledge, and build lasting relationships

• Build your personal brand through social media and help promote the dealership online

• Work alongside the Honda of Lincoln team to create an outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For

✔ Automotive sales experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and people skills
✔ Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
✔ Comfortable with technology and social media
✔ Team-oriented mindset
✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

What You’ll Get

💰 $50,000 – $150,000+ earning potential (paid bi-weekly)
