SALES MANAGER
Keystone Chevrolet — Sand Springs, Oklahoma

Keystone Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for someone who knows how to build a winning sales culture, develop people, manage a fast-paced showroom, and deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
• Establish sales goals and hold team members accountable
• Work deals, structure financing options, and assist with closing customers
• Monitor inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle aging
• Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with leads and customers
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and dealership reporting
• Work closely with finance, service, and other departments
• Promote strong customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Ensure dealership policies and regulatory requirements are followed

Qualifications:

• Automotive sales management experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop a successful sales team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience with dealership CRM and desking systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
