We are currently seeking a high performing qualified Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) to be part of our team. *Job responsibilities:

-Present financial products such as service contracts, paint and interior protection, GAP and other products designed to protect our customers and their investment.   

-Establish and maintain strong relations with our customers and our lending partners.

-Provide solution based finance options for customers.

-Finalize financial transactions in a timely manner while following both ethical and legal practices.

-Partner with Sales Management to move deals through the purchase process.

-Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting.

-Sales management , desking deals, working with sales team - training for excellence

-Prepare and finalize all state and legal paperwork for financial transactions.

*Qualifications:

• must have automotive sales management experience, preferably finance
• -Overcome objectives.
• -Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• -Route One, VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds, Docupad experience is preferred.
• -Strong communication skills, both oral and written
