Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator

Description of the Role:

Key Hyundai of Milford is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and managing timely reimbursement from manufacturers. This role requires a deep understanding of warranty procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Verify warranty coverage and eligibility
• Review and validate repair orders and supporting documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers regarding claim status and outstanding issues
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted on time
• Maintain accurate and organized records of warranty claims
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Stay up to date with manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator
• Strong knowledge of warranty procedures and guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in using warranty claim processing software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with manufacturers
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
