Role Purpose:
Blanchard is seeking a high-performing Director of Client Solutions to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives at building relationships, developing strategic opportunities, and driving results.
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 + uncapped commission
Duties Include:
- Drive significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by generating and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and business leaders.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients.
- Expand business within existing accounts by selling additional solutions.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to capture new market opportunities.
- Effectively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Proven track record (minimum three years) of closing sales, acquiring clients, managing a territory, and exceeding quotas.
- Self-motivated hunter with a relentless drive to generate new business.
- Strong cold-calling and time management skills with the ability to present solutions in a clear, professional manner.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex customer needs.
- A trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships and delivers on commitments.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced degree a plus
- Previous record of attaining and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated success selling to new and existing accounts
- Experience growing customer accounts over a long period of time
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite (word, excel, Powerpoint) and CRM system
Work Environment: normal office environment to include operating a computer and using the phone. requires adaptability, quick decision making, ability to juggle multiple priorities, oral communication, ability to interpret data, dependability, good judgment, reading, social skills, influence and relate well to others, stress controls, ability to work independently. some travel required primarily in region.
