Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs including welding, panel work, suspension, and framework

• Review repair orders and identify parts needed for each job

• Follow repair protocols, warranty standards, and safety procedures

• Notify supervisor of any additional damage or repair needs

• Complete repairs on time and with high attention to detail

• Conduct road tests when necessary to ensure repair quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Stay current on repair techniques and manufacturer standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in collision repair (preferred)

• Welding, suspension, or frame repair experience (or willingness to train)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
