Kelly Ford is looking for a dependable, hardworking Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position works directly with our Director of Maintenance & IT and plays a key role in keeping our seven-building, 14-acre campus operating efficiently and looking its best every day.

Kelly Ford is part of the Kelly Automotive Group, a family-owned company that has proudly served customers since 1929. We are the oldest family-owned automotive dealership in Brevard County and operate 12 franchise dealerships throughout Florida and Pennsylvania.

Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior painting

• Basic computer and technology troubleshooting

• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs

• General construction, carpentry, and building maintenance

• Preventative maintenance throughout our seven-building, 14-acre campus

• Landscaping touch-ups, including pulling weeds, trimming shrubs and small trees, and maintaining clean, professional grounds

• Assisting with facility improvements and special projects

• Helping ensure our dealership always presents a clean, safe, and first-class appearance for our customers and employees

Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial or residential painting

• Good working knowledge of computers and basic IT equipment

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
