What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of automotive sales experience (preferred)

• Energetic, enthusiastic, goal-driven mindset

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Confident persuasion and objection-handling abilities

• Self-starter with a competitive edge

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Coachable, adaptable, and always learning
