Keffer Mazda is seeking a friendly and organized Evening and Weekend Receptionist to join our team in Huntersville, NC. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers during evening and weekend hours, providing exceptional customer service and support to our staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Manage the reception area to maintain a neat and orderly environment
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records using company systems
• Support administrative tasks as needed during evening and weekend shifts
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during off-hours
• Keep refreshment supply stocked
• Scan documents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and phone systems
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts consistently
