Now Hiring: Community Growth Specialist

Help us reset the standard of care in Nebraska, starting in Lincoln.

Keepsake Home Care was built on a simple belief: home care should work for families, not agencies. We’re a proudly locally owned and women-owned company providing non-medical in-home care for every age and every stage of life, helping people stay safe, independent, and in control in their own homes. That means no minimum-hour requirements, one simple flat rate, and small, consistent care teams that families get to know and trust.

Keepsake began with something our co-founder Lacy saw firsthand. She cared for a man living with Parkinson’s disease who needed flexible support at different times throughout the day, but minimum scheduling requirements locked him into rigid four-hour shifts. He was paying for 12 hours of care when 6 well-timed hours would have served him better, while new caregivers rotated in and out of his home. That was the moment it became clear: home care was overdue for a reset. So we built a company designed around the client, not the agency.

Our name is new, but our team is not new to caring for families in this community. Now locally owned, we’re building our reputation under the Keepsake name, and this role will play a central part in introducing that name to Lincoln and, as we grow, communities across Nebraska.

Our services include daily living assistance, companion care, household support, transportation and errands, and specialized memory care and Parkinson’s support, and recovery support at home after surgery, illness, or injury. We also offer KeepSense, a monitoring service designed to recognize falls, health shifts, and signs of distress early and alert families and the care team. KeepSense is included at no additional charge with Keepsake caregiving.

Are you a relationship-builder who believes families deserve clarity, not confusion? We’re looking for a driven, professional, and results-oriented Community Growth Specialist to be the face of Keepsake throughout Lincoln and the surrounding area, with the opportunity to help expand our reach across Nebraska. You’ll build trusted referral partnerships, share our story, and connect families with care that fits their lives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, genuinely believes in what they represent, and wants to help grow a company that’s doing home care differently.

Why We Exist

  • No one should feel unsafe in their own home.
  • Families deserve clarity, not confusion.
  • Care should adapt to people, not force people to adapt to care.
  • The old model is broken.

What You’ll Be Representing

  • Flexible care on the client’s terms: one hour, mornings only, or a few days a week. Clients pay only for the care they actually need.
  • Honest, transparent pricing: one simple flat rate with no time-of-day surprises or weekend upcharges.
  • Small, consistent care teams: trust is built through familiarity, so we keep teams small, reliable, and intentional.
  • Respectful introductions: we personally introduce every new caregiver, walk the home, and train the care plan the right way.
  • KeepSense: modern monitoring that keeps families and the care team informed, included with Keepsake caregiving.

Position Details

  • Status: Full-time, salaried, exempt
