What You’ll Do:

• Perform seasonal HVAC system tune-ups, safety checks, and inspections

• Educate homeowners on system health and maintenance best practices

• Identify potential system issues and offer repair or replacement leads to senior techs or advisors

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about what you find

• Log detailed notes and job outcomes through ServiceTitan (tablet provided)

• Support 5-star client experience and contribute to repeat service relationships

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience (tune-ups, PMs, system evaluations)

• EPA Certification (Type II preferred)

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

• Clean, professional appearance and client-first mindset

• Curiosity, integrity, and a desire to grow your HVAC career
