Hi Line Service Advisor

Description of the role:

The Hi-Line Service Advisor at Kayser Automotive Group in Madison, WI is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our high-end clients.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for service completion
• Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule
• Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive service advising preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong customer service orientation
