Service Advisor – Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown
Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Fixed Operations team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments

Accurately document vehicle concerns and communicate repair recommendations

Provide clear explanations of required services, estimated costs, and timelines

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service

Maintain customer satisfaction by managing expectations and following up on services

Promote additional services or products based on vehicle needs
Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Prior experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred

Working knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
