Service Advisor – Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown

Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Fixed Operations team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments

  • Accurately document vehicle concerns and communicate repair recommendations

  • Provide clear explanations of required services, estimated costs, and timelines

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by managing expectations and following up on services

  • Promote additional services or products based on vehicle needs

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Prior experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred

  • Working knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
