What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and learn about their needs, budget, and vehicle preferences.
• Help customers select vehicles and deliver engaging presentations and test drives.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer messages.
• Follow up consistently, set appointments, and maintain accurate notes in our CRM.
• Work with sales and finance managers to create a smooth buying experience.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about our inventory, products, and available incentives.
• Take ownership of your goals and contribute to the success of the team.

Automotive sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role can be a great foundation.
