Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in scheduling and arranging service appointments
  • Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process to provide updates and recommendations
  • Coordinate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service requests
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service activities

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service role within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
