The Opportunity:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find their perfect vehicle while building lasting relationships in our community. You'll be joining a forward-thinking team that embraces both traditional and digital sales approaches, reaching customers wherever and however they prefer to shop.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with customers through multiple channels – in person, video, phone, text, and email
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to their needs
• Perform knowledgeable, professional presentations and demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Utilize our DealerSocket CRM system to manage customer relationships
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with the goal of setting appointments
• Learn to overcome objections and close sales effectively
• Support our commitment to maintaining a FIVE STAR reputation
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

What You'll Bring:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
• Good understanding of finance and math concepts
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history
• Previous sales experience is highly valued (automotive experience is a plus)
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus (English and Spanish preferred)
