As a Rental Car Clerk and Appointment Taker at Kansas City Hyundai, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and our Service Department. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage rental car reservations and agreements.
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with information about the rental process and vehicle options.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and appointments.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
