KALOLOGIE MEDSPA AT HYATT REGENCY HUNTINGTON BEACH: Kalologie Medspa is now hiring Aesthetic Injectors and IV Infusion Nurses to work at our newest location at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa.

Kalologie is a premier provider of medical aesthetic treatments such as Neurotoxins, Fillers, IV Therapy, PRP,  Microneedling, CoolSculpting, Laser Hair Removal, and IPL Photo Facials. We are rapidly growing - with locations in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Nevada.

WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals seeking excellent aesthetic Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant (PA-C), Nurse Practitioner (NP). This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates without prior experience in cosmetic dermatology, or medspa setting will not be considered.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
• Conduct good faith examinations client consultations, and treatment plans
• Perform before and after photography
• Educate clients on all Kalologie treatment and product offerings
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions
• Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

• Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane)
• Up-to-date California licensure: RN, NP, or PA-C
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• Minimum 2-3 years of aesthetic experience. 
• Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
• Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills
