Due to our continued growth, Kalispell Toyota is looking for talented individuals seeking opportunities for growth to join our Service Business Development Team. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

This position is generally responsible for answering service inbound phone calls, service outbound calls, texting customers, following up with customers and confirming appointments prior to them coming in.

  • FT: 4 - 10 hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner, following the incoming phone scripts to facilitate the phone call, with a goal of setting an appointment with the customer at the dealership.

  • Monitor all inbound/outbound calls

  • Ensure that all communications via phone, text, email or in person is professional and courteous. 

  • Know the warranty coverage, policies and procedures set by the factory.

  • Make outbound calls to customers to remind them they are close to next appointment time, recalls or any other campaigns.

  • Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned. 

  • Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, required

  • Strong organizational skills and patience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Keyboard skills

  • Ability to work well in a team setting

  • Possess active listening skills
