Joyce Koons Automotive is hiring self-starters for our Buick GMC showroom – two of the fastest growing automotive brands today. We are a customer-focused automotive retailer located in Manassas, Virginia.

Unlimited income potential. No experience is necessary.

We hire attitude and train selling skills while providing guaranteed compensation during our 60-day training program. We are looking for winners from any background (academics, athletics, business).

From handling inquiries to assisting customers with selection and purchase, you will be the driving force of your own personal success.

Responsibilities:

· Help buyers find the right vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs.

· Show customers vehicles in a professional and engaging way.

· Follow up with buyers to keep them happy and encourage referrals.

· Keep learning about cars and sales to be a go-to expert.

· Learn how to handle objections and close sales with confidence.

· Show up every day with a great attitude and your best effort.

Qualifications:

· Open to working flexible hours, including weekends.

· Eager to quickly learn new products and improve skills.

· Excellent communication with both customers and coworkers.

· Professional and well-groomed appearance.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
