Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Assistant to support clinical and medical operations within a fast-paced behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, medical support, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with client intake, vitals, and medical history documentation
- Support physicians and nursing staff with clinical procedures
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment
- Administer medications as directed and within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
- Coordinate lab work and specimen collection as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Provide excellent patient care and support throughout treatment
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of medical appointments
- Other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology
- Strong organizational and patient care skills
