Service Advisor Responsibilities

As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring efficient service department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service orders and oversee the daily flow of the service drive, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to create positive, lasting impressions.
  • Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maximize technician productivity by effectively managing and scheduling service work.
  • Answer customer questions regarding vehicle concerns, maintenance, repairs, warranties, and service recommendations.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that meet or exceed company standards.
  • Oversee warranty claim administration and assist with the training and supervision of service department personnel.
  • Reinforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment by maintaining strong employee relationships and encouraging teamwork.
