Automotive Lot Technician / Detailer

INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for a dependable and hardworking Automotive Lot Technician / Detailer to help maintain the appearance of our dealership and vehicle inventory. As a Lot Technician / Detailer, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our customers by ensuring every vehicle is clean, organized, and ready for delivery or display. Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, wax, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance concerns
• Install license plates, dealer decals, and other vehicle accessories as needed
• Fuel vehicles and check basic fluid levels when required
• Keep the detail area, wash bay, and equipment clean and organized
• Assist sales and service departments with vehicle transportation and other duties as assigned
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance

Qualifications

• Previous detailing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Dependable with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
