We offer starting pay of $35 per hour, with higher compensation available based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. You’ll work in a climate-controlled shop, enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no Saturdays, and have access to signing and relocation bonuses for qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel-powered vehicles, including Ford Super Duty trucks.
• Perform diesel engine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair fuel systems, turbochargers, emissions systems, and electrical components.
• Complete routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-recommended repair procedures.
• Accurately document repairs and maintenance performed.
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional diesel technician or diesel mechanic experience.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Experience working on Ford Power Stroke diesel engines is highly preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• ASE certifications or Ford factory training are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of an automotive service environment.
