Automotive Inventory Specialist

Jones Family of Dealerships is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to help manage our vehicle inventory, maintain our dealership lots, and support the flow of vehicles from trade-in to retail or wholesale sale. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, staying active throughout the day, and playing a key role in dealership operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing vehicle inventory and lot organization
• Reviewing and processing trade-in vehicles
• Coordinating vehicle inspections, reconditioning, and wholesale activities
• Maintaining vehicle readiness and inventory tracking reports
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and customer-ready
• Supporting auction preparation and wholesale operations
• Assisting with vehicle movement and general dealership operations
• Working closely with management to keep inventory flowing efficiently and

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Comfortable working around vehicles and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Dealership, inventory, logistics, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
