Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the pre-owned vehicle purchase process

* Maintain expert knowledge of our used car inventory and vehicle features

* Structure and close deals that are both competitive and customer-friendly

* Assist customers with finance and insurance options, ensuring compliance with all lending and legal regulations

* Secure financing through our network of lenders and finalize loan terms

* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales and finance transactions

* Work closely with the sales and finance teams to hit monthly performance goals

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance management (minimum 2 years preferred)

* Strong knowledge of used car market trends, pricing, and finance options

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

* Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of integrity

* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
