Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Porter / Rental Coordinator Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, helping customers, and keeping things organized and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operation of the rental vehicle fleet

• Check rental vehicles in and out and assist customers with the rental process

• Maintain accurate rental records and paperwork

• Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership

• Deliver and pick up vehicles as needed

• Keep rental vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for customers

• Assist with vehicle lot organization and vehicle movements

• Help coordinate vehicle keys and ensure vehicles are where they need to be

• Assist the sales and service departments with porter duties

• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Help with other dealership tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Strong customer service skills

• Organized and able to multitask

• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
