 Full-Time Position

Joe Lunghamer Chevy is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Collision Shop Estimator to join our Body Shop team. If you're passionate about the automotive industry and want to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess and document collision damage on vehicles
• Create detailed repair estimates using CCC estimating system
• Collaborate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
• Participate in Direct Repair Programs (DRPs) and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Maintain clear, professional communication with all parties involved
• Ensure all estimates and repairs follow industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Collision Shop Estimator
• Proficiency with the CCC estimating system
• Familiarity with Direct Repair Programs (DRPs)
• A valid, clean driver’s license
• State Certification in Unibody & Collision Mechanical
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy shop environment
