Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Ultimate Longevity Center and lead a multidisciplinary team of health and wellness professionals.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote best practices in longevity and wellness services.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the center’s reputation and reach.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in health, wellness, or longevity-related industries.
• Strong understanding of longevity science, wellness practices, and cutting-edge technologies.
