Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
• Answer guest inquiries both in person and via phone with professionalism and promptness
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records of room bookings, payments, and guest information
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support front desk operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
