It Project Manager

JoCare is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will lead technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks, driving innovation and efficiency across our IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with budget management and vendor coordination is a plus.
