To continue the excellence, we are seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join the high-octane team at Jim Winter Automotive Group.

Our ideal candidate will have a people-first, accommodating spirit as well as a drive to make things happen today!  They will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, strong follow-up skills and great follow-through.  Professionalism with staff and guests is essential.  Flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of a fast-paced industry while being persistent and organized with proven processes and absorbing training.  Our ideal candidate will collaborate well with Leadership and Team Members from the Sales and Service Departments alike to make sure our guests get a Stress Free experience.

Hours are Full-Time.  9AM – 6PM, Monday – Friday with either Monday or Wednesday being 11 AM – 8 PM.   Alternating Saturdays 9AM – 3PM are required.  (42-50 Hours per week).

 

Requirements

  • Follow Proven Sales & Follow-up/CRM Processes to sell 10+ vehicles per month
  • Complete Assigned Training in a timely manner
  • Log and Track Prospects in provided CRM
  • Solid Written & Verbal Communication Skills, including digital communication
  • Time Management Skills
  • Communicate & Coordinate with Leadership & Team Staff to meet Customer Needs
