Join Our Team as a Receptionist / Cashier (Part-Time)
Jim White Toyota in Toledo, OH is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist/Cashier to serve as the face of our dealership. As a proud member of the White Family Dealerships, we have been family-owned and dedicated to serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan for over 50 years. Working Hours (Part-Time):
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- First Point of Contact: Welcome visitors and provide a warm, professional first impression of our dealership.
- Call Routing: Answer incoming phone calls, determine the caller’s needs, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Cashiering Duties: Process customer payments for vehicle service and parts efficiently.
- Clerical Support: Complete basic administrative tasks, filing, and data entry as required to keep operations running smoothly.
