We’re currently looking for a dependable and detail-driven Service Warranty Clerk to help support our high-volume service department by ensuring timely and accurate processing of warranty claims.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, review, and submit manufacturer and vendor warranty claims with speed and accuracy

  • Verify all repair order documentation for compliance with warranty and policy guidelines

  • Track warranty receivables and ensure timely reimbursement through diligent follow-up

  • Partner with service advisors and technicians to gather required claim documentation

  • Maintain current knowledge of all OEM warranty guidelines and deadlines

  • Support the Service Manager and Controller with warranty accounting, reporting, and reconciliation


What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a dealership or service office setting strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of warranty claim processing, repair orders, and manufacturer procedures

  • Familiarity with DMS platforms like Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK is a plus

  • Organized, accurate, and proactive with strong follow-through

  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
