Jim Norton Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&I Director to lead the dealership’s Finance & Insurance operations with a sharp focus on profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at a single-point, high-volume store backed by one of Oklahoma’s most trusted automotive families.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu-selling process to increase profitability and product penetration

• Track lender portfolios and strengthen banking relationships

• Ensure daily compliance and deal flow review, maintaining flawless paperwork processing

• Uphold and enforce all local, state, and federal compliance standards

• Support the sales team in achieving department goals

• Serve as a model of professionalism and ethical conduct

• Enforce consistent selling methods and work closely with the sales floor

Qualifications

• Prior automotive F&I Director experience required

• Strong understanding of lender processes, compliance, and product sales

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

• High level of integrity

• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Light to medium physical intensity

• Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods

• Reaching, grasping, talking, hearing and fine motor skills required

• Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs

• Exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions typical of an auto dealership (e.g., temperature changes, minor noise, light fumes)
