About the Role

As an Automotive Assistant & Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the auto sales team throughout the customer journey—from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. You’ll engage with customers via phone, text, email, and in person to provide product information, answer questions, and schedule appointments at the dealership. You’ll also assist with vehicle demonstrations, deliveries, and CRM updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat
• Provide initial product information and guide customers to appropriate dealership resources
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Greet and assist customers at the dealership
• Demonstrate vehicle features and explain their benefits during the sales and delivery process
• Follow up with leads who are undecided or missed appointments
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales team and management to improve processes and customer experience
