About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and service-minded Vehicle Sales Consultant who takes pride in helping customers find the right vehicle—not just pushing for a sale. If you’re energized by building relationships and guiding people through big decisions, this is the career for you.
What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers in a respectful, no-pressure environment

Listen to each customer’s needs and offer vehicle options that match

Educate customers on vehicle features, warranties, and financing options

Follow up via phone, email, and text with interested customers

Schedule and manage test drives and appointments

Provide world-class customer service from start to finish (and beyond)

Collaborate with your team and leadership to meet sales goals

Maintain detailed notes in our CRM to support ongoing communication
What We’re Looking For:

A passion for helping people and a genuine desire to serve

Professional, coachable, and motivated attitude

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable learning new technology and using digital tools

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
