Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming sales calls using a script and book appointments

• Follow up with non-appointment incoming calls

• Contact unsold showroom traffic leads

• Follow up with set and missed appointments

• Confirm all pending appointments (sales and service)

• Follow up with aged sales leads

• Track sold vehicles and follow up on "hot sheets"

• Handle internet sales leads, schedule dealership visits

• Maintain CRM records accurately and consistently

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales, BDC, or appointment-setting role

• Strong phone and communication skills (people like talking to you)

• Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

• CRM experience 

• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Positive attitude + self-starter mentality

• Color Vision: Ability to identify and distinguish colors

• Field of Vision: Observing an area that can be seen up, down, or side-to-side while eyes are fixed on a point
