WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional showroom experience.
• Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and develop repeat business.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visitors.
• Work with sales management to assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Maintain customer relationships through calls, texts, and follow-up appointments.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end.
