What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming internet, phone, and website sales inquiries.
• Make outbound calls, send text messages, and follow up with potential customers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for our showroom sales team.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and create a positive first impression.
• Follow up with customers who have previously expressed interest in purchasing or trading in a vehicle.
• Work closely with the sales management team to generate showroom appointments and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Strong phone presence and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, email, texting, and CRM software.
• Previous BDC, call center, sales, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
